Manchester United legend Cristiano Ronaldo has spoken about the club's troubles and how he thinks it does not have structure.

Since Ronaldo’s departure in 2022, United have struggled to maintain results and suffered their worst season in Premier League last year under head coach Ruben Amorim

Ronaldo last spoke about the club with Morgan in November 2022 and has sat down once more to discuss a number of topics, including the state of United, who he believes are lacking structure.

“For me, I'm sad because of the club, that’s one of the most important clubs in the world, and a club that I still have in my heart because of the obvious reasons."

“You have to follow with the intelligent people, smart people, to create a base for the future as Manchester United have (done) so many years ago.

Nicky Butt, Gary, Roy Keane, Beckham, they became big players but they had youth. So Manchester United right now, they don't have a structure.

“I hope that changes in the future, present/future, because the potential of the club, it's amazing. It's one of the most important clubs of the century."

Last season, The Red Devils lost the Europa League final and therefore missed out on Europe for this season. The club have famously gone downhill in recent years, and Ronaldo may be right to point out how the side need drastic change.

When pressed on United's chances of clinching the Premier League title this season, Ronaldo replied: "It's not possible for them to win the Premier League. They're already too many points behind Arsenal."
