After the departure of Enzo Maresca last Thursday, Farioli has been mentioned as a candidate for the Chelsea manager's job.
However, Farioli moved to assure Porto fans of his commitment on Saturday.
"There is no doubt (I am staying), never been a doubt in fact," said the Italian.
"If I go back to my previous experiences, at Nice and last season in Ajax, for me it has never been a topic to leave in the middle of the season. It is not something that stays in my mind.
"And, here in Porto, I do believe that there is also, in terms of connection and relationship with the president, with the club, something more and something deeper.
“So, from my side, I am totally committed to the club, totally connected to the reality we are in."
