The American stated: "For me, success is for this club to be one of the top six in the country. If they could win more, it would be a dream. But true success is treating it like one of the top six clubs, normalizing that idea.

"My dream success would be for this club to be a Top 6 team in Spain. If everyone thinks that way, great; winning more would be just as positive. And for everyone to treat us like one of their own:  this change in mentality is the important thing."

Meanwhile, Pace also stated:  "I believe we'll be very successful in five years. There's work to be done in the youth teams and the women's team, where we can be more successful than people think. As for the first team, I'd love for us to be in Europe, but we need to evaluate whether it's possible.

"We need to support the people who are here to make it happen, and set that as our goal. The goal within five years is to change our way of thinking, to be successful, to always want to be in Europe. We're here to contribute to that."
