Ahead of tonight's visit to Manchester United, Howe said: "You can see that when he scores, he has a really good connection with the fans. You can see that the fans are really happy with him and he is happy to embrace the cheer.
"It was his best performance for the team, I think, on Saturday. The second goal was especially an incredible end.
"He is likely to be frustrated because the easier goal just before the break would have been a big moment for him."
Woltemade has scored seven goals in 14 Premier League games this season.
