Maresca: What Chelsea needs to go next level

The Blues currently sit fourth on the Premier League table at Christmas.

"If you want to join the top at the end of the season, you must be consistent; otherwise you will have problems," said Maresca.

Maresca believes Chelsea are now entering the decisive part of the season.

"I consider December, January and February important months, because you can then set the targets in March, and hopefully we will be a place where we can fight for more," added Maresca.
