The three players were forced to watch on from the sidelines as Arsenal fell to a 1-0 defeat against arch-rivals Tottenham in their third pre-season friendly on Wednesday.
Gabriel, 27 and Timber, 24 are yet to feature in Arsenal’s pre-season tour of Asia with Calafiori picking up an injury in their game against AC Milan.
Speaking to the press after the game, Arteta appeared optimistic that the three will be available for their Premier League opener against Man United.
He said: "If they evolve like they've been involved in the last few days, so Gabriel Magalhães, Calafiori and Timber, the three of them will be available."
