More than 134 people were injured when Paul Doyle, 53, allegedly drove his Ford Galaxy car into crowds who were celebrating the Reds' title success on May 26th.
The offences were split into 18 charges of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent, nine counts of causing GBH with intent, two counts of wounding with intent, dangerous driving and affray.
Appearing at Liverpool Crown Court on Thursday via video link from prison, Doyle answered "not guilty" to each of the charges against him.
The allegations relate to 29 victims, aged between six months and 77 years old.
Doyle was originally charged with seven offences, but 24 new counts were added to the indictment at a hearing in August.
Supporters had been leaving the parade area in Liverpool when the incident occurred on Water Street at around 18:00 BST.
CCTV footage appeared to capture Doyle following an ambulance down an off-limits road and was later surrounded by fans before driving into large groups.
Police managed to separate supporters trying to demobilise the suspect before arresting him at the scene.
