And he told the Polish Federations website about the move: "We already knew I'd be going on loan to Porto.
"The coach emphasised how great the club was and wished me good luck."
Kiwior admitted that the coach wasn't enthusiastic about his request to leave.
He explained, "The previous conversation, when I asked for the loan, was more difficult. I'd never had it before, but I felt it was time to talk to him face to face. He understood me and supported me."
