Vinícius scored the only goal in the first leg at the Estádio da Luz as Madrid beat Benfica 1-0 last month.
However, the win was overshadowed by Gianluca Prestianni allegedly making a racist remark towards the Brazilian who called for the game to be paused.
The Madrid star has been abused throughout his career and his ability and love for the game is often overlooked by players and fans who try to frustrate him.
Speaking to RTBF, Hazard has predicted that Vinicius will retire early as the pressure constantly crushes him as his career continues.
"Nowadays, people talk more about what he does off the pitch or what he goes through, rather than what he brings to the game. People forget what an exceptional player he is.
"All this must weigh on him. It can't be easy to take to the pitch thinking only about football. I wouldn't be surprised if, at 30, he said he was leaving, that he was quitting football, because nothing would change anyway.
"He's just someone who likes football, who loves to play and just wants to have fun. A bit like me when I was on the pitch."
"I would say to him, 'Be careful. Play the way you want to play, but be careful. People are waiting for you to slip up. Keep playing, enjoy yourself and entertain the true football fans."
Vinicius posted a statement on social media describing racists as “cowards” while also saying that what happened was “nothing new” in his career which often takes the joy away from playing the game.
