Shelvey has joined UAE Second Division club Arabian Falcons.

The midfielder made his debut on the weekend and wore the captain's armband in the Falcons' 3-3 draw for their season opener.
Shelvey was with Burnley last season, helping them earn promotion back to the Premier League.
His coach at the Falcons is Englishman Harry Agombar.
