Everton midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall was proud of his role in their win at Fulham on Saturday.

Trailing 1-0, the midfielder scored an equaliser before forcing a winner as Fulham goalkeeper Bernd Leno slipped up to score an own goal.

“I said how amazing (the fans have) been this year,” said Dewsbury-Hall, referring to the away support. “Not an empty seat in there, singing the whole game, even when we were the second-best team in the first half.

"The scenes when we scored the goals and at full-time, that's why they travel.

"That's why it makes it so special when we can turn games around and get three points.

"So, look, (it was a) really good mentality from the lads. Football's a 90-minute game. We weren't good in the first half, but we managed to change it in the second.

"It's another amazing away day, which is something that we've been really good at this year."
