The Scot replied: "I would think I have to get my finger out and show the manager what I ca do.
"Tyler is young and he has age on his side and he is a quiet boy who might need a little more time to develop.
"But he has to show up when he gets the opportunities."
Dibling started today's game at Craven Cottage on the bench.
