According to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, Chelsea are working on bringing Alonso to the Premier League as their replacement for Liam Rosenior
Ornstein adds that Alonso is increasingly open to the opportunity, although nothing is advanced just yet.
Chelsea are also looking at Bournemouth’s Andoni Iraola, who is another serious contender for the job.
