Fernandes, 31, has once again been in imperious form for Man United this season, scoring seven goals and providing 13 assists in his 25 Premier League games.
Despite that, he continues to be heavily linked with a move away from Old Trafford, with clubs across Europe and in Saudi Arabia keen.
According to The Mirror, Fernades wants to remain at the club he’s been at for the past six years, but only if his two conditions are met.
The first is that they qualify for next season’s Champions League, while the second is that Michael Carrick is given the job on a permanent basis.
The report adds that Fernandes has been privately and publicly impressed by Carrick and wants him to be given a chance.
