Iraola has been linked with Manchester United, but Pinto insists they're so confident of his commitment that no succession plan is in place.

Iraola told talkSPORT: "I will put it like this.
"Our first option is Andoni Iraola, the second option is Andoni Iraola and the third option is Andoni Iraola. That's our succession plan.
"We have those three priorities that I told you. That is Andoni Iraola, Andoni Iraola, Andoni Iraola.
"So as soon as we fix it, (it’s) better for us. But we are very quiet, we are very happy, we work very good all together.
"We have a very good atmosphere and environment about us and I'm quite relaxed about this situation."
