Gyökeres and Eberechi Eze both scored twice to secure a 4-1 triumph over North London rivals Tottenham at the weekend as they extended their lead at the top of the Premier League.
The Swedish striker’s two goals took him to eight in all competitions since the turn of the year, more than any other Premier League player in that period.
Gyokeres currently boasts 18 goal contributions this season, comprised of 15 goals and three assists across all competitions in what has been an impressive start after his £63.5M move.
However, Portuguese newspaper O Jogo reports that a a €500,000 (£430,000) bonus clause payment will be due to the Lisbon outfit if he adds just two more goal contributions to his tally.
The same sum is then scheduled for every subsequent block of 20 contributions, meaning once he reaches 40, the clause would be triggered once again.
Sporting ave already banked €1.25m (£1.1m) after the striker completed 20 matches playing at least 45 minutes as the Portuguese side continues to rake it in from the striker this season.
Arsenal have 18 league matches left of the season in all comeptitions and the fee for Gyokeres will only grow as he features for the title chasing side.
