Allardyce urges Potter "to change" to save West Ham job

Potter is under growing pressure at West Ham as they sit second from bottom of the Premier League table.

But Allardyce told talkSPORT: "The recruitment has let him down.

"But you have to roll up your sleeves and change who you are to make sure you can manufacture a result.

"And you can forget about anything else, you can forget about the outside world, you can forget about the pressures of the outside world and focus on what you need to do and that's win football matches whichever and however you can.

"Don't listen to the white noise outside."
