The coach said afterwards: "Paul worked to be here today. He was on the bench and his return makes perfect sense, because we all cooperated well together.
"He is reaping the work he has accomplished, not only with me but also individually in recent months.
"But like every player, we give and expect in return, and perhaps his comeback can mark a boost in the team, at least I hope so.
"I decided to bring him in whatever the scenario, it was planned because he trained well and whatever the circumstances, he came in well even if the context was not easy ten against eleven. He did it well, so we'll remember that.
