Michel has jus guided Girona to a first ever Champions League qualification this past season.
He said: "The players, individually, are good, but without the rest of the team they cannot win a game. Our philosophy includes commitment, respect and also thinking about others."
Michel has clear management guidelines for his teams , as well as the way to treat, convince and motivate his players.
"Personally, I have never lied to a player, because I think they should understand that we are here to get the best out of them, in a team there must be a good atmosphere of work , commitment, respect and collective thinking.
"The players only spend a few hours with the technical team and it is important that they take care of themselves throughout the day, eat well and rest , and have a sports culture."
