Barcelona are keen to sign Delgado this month to boost their Barca Atletic squad.
Delgado is top scorer this season for Vetusta, Oviedo's B team, and he is attracting interest from a raft of LaLiga and Segunda clubs.
Marca says Barca are also interested and willing to propose a loan-to-buy arrangement for Delgado.
Oviedo are keen, though will insist on an obligatory permanent option should the striker meet certain targets.
Delgado is currently in limbo at Oviedo, despite his superb form with Vetusta. Oviedo coach Guillermo Almada explained: “Joaquín is a player with very good qualities and stats, but the problem is that we would use up a roster spot, and that's complicated for a young player.
"If no one else comes in, we'll give him a chance.”
