Arsenal lead in the Premier League by 9 points and are in the Quarter Final of the FA Cup and Champions League as they chase down their first trophy in 6 years.

Speaking to Hajper, Materazzi says Arteta’s side have a chance at securing all three competitions but must be lucky to do so.

“I think Arsenal are a very good team. They play very well. But their manager was the right-hand man of Pep Guardiola, so Pep knows him best. He knows everything about Mikel Arteta so he knows how to stop them.

“Arsenal will run for the title. I saw them play against Inter. They played very well. They are just a little bit young. They do not have the experience, but I think they have the opportunity to win, and I think they can win the treble.

“How can Arsenal win the treble? You have to be lucky. You have to be focused. You must stay fit because each game from now until the end of the season is a final. You have to be perfect in any game.”

Arsenal finished top during the league phase of the UEFA Champions League with a perfect eight wins from eight matches, and they will now face Sporting in the quarter-finals after beating Bayer Leverkusen in the Last 16.

They also come up against Championship side Southampton in the last-eight of the FA Cup whilst also facing the likes of Manchester City and West Ham in their final 7 Premier League games.
