The setback struck in front of family and friends, leaving Iglesias torn between playing with a brace or undergoing surgery that would sideline him until March.
In a remarkable act of support, the England international offered the same shoulder brace he wore through over 100 games before opting for surgery himself.
"I've been waiting for a while and my patience is running out. I want to feel free now; it's exhausting playing with the sling," Bellingham said about playing in the shoulder brace.
