Yan Diomande is one of the most wanted prospects ahead of the summer transfer window.

The RB Leipzig winger has attracted interest from Liverpool and PSG after recording 23 goal involvements in 36 appearances for the Bundesliga side last season.

Well known for his rapid turn of pace and incredible decision-making, Diomande is ready to test himself at an even higher level.

Liverpool's admiration for him started once they knew Mohamed Salah was leaving the club, and PSG have since made significant progress in their pursuit of the 19-year-old.

The French side have now been given the green light to sign him by Diomande after admitting the Ligue 1 giants are the team he's "loved" since he was a child.

“Paris Saint-Germain is a team I’ve loved since I was a child. My father supports Paris Saint-Germain, and it’s a team I admire as a football fan”, the Ivory Coast international said.

“It would be a pleasure for me to come and play here with one of the biggest clubs. It’s always a pleasure to come here because, with French being spoken, I think adapting wouldn’t be difficult. But why not?”.

“I don’t think I’m looking ahead to the future or focusing on anything else. As I’ve said, I remain focused on the World Cup. After that, the clubs will sort things out between themselves and we’ll see what happens next”
