The 31-year-old joins Orient after playing 47 times for QPR across two spells, and has signed a two-year contract, per BBC sport.

The Jamaica international has plenty of experience, having played for the likes of Newcastle United where he made 171 appearances.
The deal also includes an option to extend for a further year.
Speaking to the Leyton Orient website, head coach Richie Wellens said: "His footballing ability speaks for itself.
"He's played at a high level for the majority of his career and understands what it takes to win games."
