Ouattara is the second left-back to leave Monaco this summer following the departure of Caio Henrique, who joined Ajax earlier in the week.
The Brazilian’s exit had initially opened the door for Ouattara to stay, but his transfer was ultimately finalised.
Since arriving from SC Amiens in November 2023, Ouattara made 57 appearances for Monaco, scoring once and providing seven assists.
Monaco have also confirmed the arrival of Nazinho from Cercle Brugge in a €5m deal.
