Laporta is said to have instructed sporting director Deco to find a replacement for Xavi for next season.
Before Xavi decided to continue, the likes of Hans-Dieter Flick, Roberto De Zerbi and Thomas Tuchel were being considered.
AS now reports Deco is considering Porto's coach Srgio Conceio, Barca Atleti's Rafael Marquez and Hans-Dieter Flick.
