Former AC Milan coach Arrigo Sacchi says Stefano Pioli must remain in charge.

Pioli now has Milan on the brink of Champions League qualification and into the Europa League quarterfinals.

“I have no doubts; people must start thinking," Sacchi told Gazzetta.

“Pioli won a Scudetto with a less expensive team than their opponents. It's his and the players' merit.

"In the current season, he was able to end a difficult moment and did good work."
