Mediapro chief Jaume Roures has put forward a financial rescue plan for Barcelona.

Roures is a financial adviser to Barca and president Joan Laporta.

Sport says Roures has suggested one idea to change the model of the club, which at the moment cannot welcome external investors into its capital.

A foundation would be created, through which members can always vote and express their opinion on important decisions related to Barcelona.

Roures also suggests that a percentage between 20 and 25% of the Catalan club should be sold on the stock exchange, so that huge sums would arrive in the club's capital, which would help pay off debts and be more competitive in the transfer market.
