Roma coach Daniele de Rossi is happy with his first months in charge.

De Rossi is eager to see his team uphold Roma's global profile.

He told Il Romanista: "The visual impact of the Roma brand around the world is very important. Roma is something you carry with you. Spalletti always tells that anecdote from his time at Zenit St. Petersburg, of that child he met in an elevator.

"And he, despite the coach wearing the Zenit coat, with the coat of arms, repeats: 'You Roma, you Roma'. And Roma, Roma, are this thing here. The fans are the engine that moves us, every day. As with Boca which has the slogan 'Boca is great for its people', so I believe it is for Roma."

On the team, De Rossi says: "What will my Roma never lack? It's one of those difficult questions, I never like to make promises, you could say that we will always have determination, but it's a cliché. A key, however, that I often touch with my players is that my Roma never lacked courage. I believe this is a very important aspect."
