Agent Claudio Pasqualin says AS Roma must hand coach Daniele de Rossi a new contract.

Pasqualin says De Rossi has "transformed" Roma since replacing Jose Mourinho.

He told TMW: "Although he was also among Mourinho's favourites, he highlighted the qualities of Dybala who achieved thirteen goals. And Roma are fifth in the standings.

"De Rossi reassured the locker room and conveyed the desire to win.

“Today it is unthinkable that Roma could change. At this moment he is the perfect coach for Roma."
