Liverpool boss Klopp dismisses favourites' tag

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp insists he's not thinking about Premier League title favouritism.

The Reds lost the leadership last night to Arsenal, but can return to the top of the table with victory over Sheffield United tonight.

Klopp said: "Obviously it's nothing we're really aware of. The focus for us is Sheffield United and not who is the favourite. I'm pretty sure when we lost to Arsenal we weren't favorites after that day.

"Maybe that's right or maybe no, I don't know and I don't care. I think I said in the last press conference, that one of the most important things to overcome this period is to simply ignore the external chaos, because it is an up and down of emotions. We have to be professional.

"We have to be emotional but in the right way. We have to be the best version of ourselves, we have to try to play the best football possible and then we will see what the result will be. There are no guarantees, there are only opportunities. The more clearly you see the opportunity, the more likely you are to seize it. That's all."
