Liverpool are in contact with agents for Sporting CP coach Ruben Amorim.

Th Portuguese features high on Liverpool's shortlist of candidates as they seek a replacement for the departing Jurgen Klopp.

Amorim is considering his future with Sporting and knows of Liverpool's interest through his agent Raul Costa, says The Sun.

Costa also handles Luis Diaz and oversaw his move from Porto to Anfield.

Amorim has a deal with Sporting to 2026.
