Chelsea fullback Malo Gusto was delighted being part of their FA Cup quarterfinal win against Leicester City.

Gusto was superb for the 4-2 win.

He later said: "It was an incredible game with a lot of action.

"We are of course very happy to get the win and to have the opportunity to play once again at Wembley. It's very important for us and we are all very happy.

"I thought in the first half we were very good. We created a lot of chances and we looked very good both offensively and defensively.

"Even though we were winning 2-0, we knew it was not finished because Leicester are a good side and can cause you dangers.

"They got back into the game with two quick goals and we knew that we had to remain together and to keep pushing. Thankfully, we did that and got the goals at the end to get the win."

Gusto was named man-of-the-match and also told the club's website: "I'm very happy with my performances recently. I try my best to help the team as much as possible in every game and I'm pleased to be performing well for Chelsea.

"Of course, Cole is a great player. He is doing well too and I'm very happy for him to score and assist. He is an important player for us.

"Also, I want to show credit to Carney and Noni. They are two very good players and they deserved their moments when they came on, they both scored great goals and they played important roles for us.

"Like I said, we all need to play our parts for the team whether that is starting or from the bench and we are all very happy."
