Arsenal manager Arteta: More to Bayern Munich than Kane

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta admits his players cannot wait for the Champions League quarter finals.

The Gunners take on Bayern Munich on Tuesday night, with many fans tipping them to be favorites.

Arteta said of the game: “Really enjoying the moment, this is where we want to be. We're in a really good position in the Premier League and a really good position in the Champions League.

“We have a big task ahead of us against one of the most successful clubs in Europe. That's the hurdle that we have to overcome and we're really looking forward to it."

He then added on comments from Bayern's sporting director that they are favorites: “Top team. I'm a big fan, big admirer of Thomas [Tuchel - manager], his teams, the way they setup and play, what they transmit. I've learned a lot about him and looking at Bayern, when you analyze them deeply, you see why they're a top team.

“We've prepared very well and we have to take our game where we want it. If we do that we have a chance to win."

On stopping Bayern striker Harry Kane, he finished: “It's not only him. It's a team function, the individuals they have. We know the individual qualities of all those players and him in particular, the ability he has. The best thing to do is what we do collectively to try to prevent certain things."
