England trio Declan Rice, Marc Guehi and Reece James all returned to training ahead of their World Cup quarter final against Norway on Saturday (July 11).

Thomas Tuchel’s side narrowly beat co-hosts Mexico 3-2 to reach the quarters, with a brace from Jude Bellingham and a penalty from Harry Kane.

Jarell Quansah picked up a red card for a rash challenge on Jesus Gallardo and will now be suspended for England’s next two games.

Per The Athletic, Tuchel’s side have been handed a trio of welcome injury boosts, with Rice, Guehi, and James all back in training.

Rice has been suffering with illness while Guehi has been managing hamstring tightness in recent days.

Chelsea captain James hasn’t featured since England’s group stage draw with Ghana after picking up a hamstring injury.
