Soule is thriving in Gasperini's system this season.
He told Sportmediaset: "He's changed me and improved me in every way. He's a great coach, with a winning mentality. He immediately conveys what he wants.
"I like the way he plays football, having the ball, and pressing forward. The attacking player is the first defender to win back possession and help the team move forward by stealing the ball from the opposition in their own half. That's his trademark.
"I feel very comfortable in midfield, as an attacking midfielder or winger. I have the freedom and I feel great."
Soule also said: "Is Roma capable of winning the Scudetto? Everyone dreams of it, but I think it's too early to talk about it. What we do and what we must continue to do is be a family. We'll take it game by game and see where we are in a few months."
