Hazard told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "I'll be honest: we talked a bit over the summer. I told him he was one of the best midfielders in history and that he's destined to become one of the best coaches too.
"I explained that it was time for him to return to Chelsea, and he joked about it, but I really think so. He loves football, he knows everything about the game.
"I'm a Chelsea fan and I want the best for the club: that's why I dream of seeing Cesc on the bench, while I'm in the stands, behind him, enjoying the show."
In his second full season in charge, Cesc has Como sitting in sixth place on the Serie A table.
