While with Milan, Vasquez spent time on-loan with Ascoli, Sheffield Wednesday and Empoli.
Vasquez spent last season with Empoli, where he made 34 appearances.
He has now joined Roma on a deal to 2027 and will act as cover for Mile Svilar.
