Como sports chief Carlalberto Ludi insists no-one is getting ahead of themselves inside the club.

Victory over Juventus on the weekend is arguably the club's biggest since last year's promotion.

On the possibility of European qualification, Ludi said on Rai Radio 1: "It can only be a dream for an ambitious owner. At the same time, however, we're working hard and judging the small steps.

"We're focused on daily improvement. If this takes us to Europe, we'll be the happiest in the world. If, on the other hand, it leads to a more comfortable relegation than last year, we'll still be satisfied because it will mean we've grown even further in such a challenging environment as Serie A."

Meanwhile, on coach Cesc Fabregas, Ludi admits they will assess the relationship again at the end of the season.

He said,  "We have an extraordinary relationship with Cesc, based on great mutual trust. We're working on a daily basis, then we'll draw a line in May-June, if and when another offer arrives for him.

"Right now, he's very happy to be at Como, I'm sure he's very focused on our project, after that we'll see."
