And the former striker believes Neves could pop up at Real Madrid.
The Portugal international has been linked with Manchester United and Tottenham this season.
But Al-Jaber said of the former Wolves captain to Mundo Deportivo: "I am worried that Neves will move from Al-Hilal to Real Madrid as a manager when his contract expires this summer.
"There are clubs in the Premier League who want to sign Neves, and the contracts they are offering him are over three years, and extend until he is 31. Real Madrid are also there, and I am sure there are more clubs who want to sign Neves."
Like Neves, Al-Jaber also is a former Wolves player.
