Stoke City striker Nathan Lowe has signed a new contract keeping him at the club until 2029 before completing a season-long loan move to Scottish Premiership side Hibernian.

The 20-year-old academy graduate heads to Easter Road for the 2026/27 campaign after making 27 senior appearances for the Potters.

Lowe enjoyed an impressive spell in the lower leagues, scoring 29 goals in 49 starts across loan stints with Walsall, Stockport County and Wycombe Wanderers.

He joins a Hibernian side preparing for UEFA Conference League football after finishing fifth in the Scottish Premiership last season.“Nathan has no doubt benefitted from the experiences he’s had in Leagues One and Two, and it speaks to his mature character that he wants to test himself in a new environment in Scotland,” Sporting Director Jonathan Walters told the club’s website.

“That he will also gain exposure to playing in European competition is something new and will only help his development.

“We will keep a close eye on his progression and wish him well during his time at Hibernian.”
