Having already qualified for the summer's World Cup, England were held 0-0 by Uruguay and beaten 1-0 by Japan in two home-based friendlies this past week.
“It’s not the end of the world,” said Konsa on Wednesday.
“There is always going to be noise outside. We’ve got to make sure we stick together as a team, and that is something we have done.”
On his own chances of making the final World Cup squad, Konsa was wary.
“I don’t think I’m cemented in there,” said Konsa. “I don’t take it for granted. I have to make sure I keep working, keep improving.
“There is a lot of competition, a lot of top class centre-halves. I have to make sure I go back and stay consistent for the last two months.”
