Onana has since impressed during his time in Turkey, keeping one clean sheet, conceding five goals, and even providing an assist in his four games for the club.
According to a report from the Sun, the Turkish side have already informed Onana of their intention to sign him permanently next summer.
Trabzonspor’s loan deal doesn’t include an option or obligation to buy the Cameroon international, however, so they will have to negotiate a fee with parent club Man United.
