The 27-year-old is also sought after by Italian giants Juventus, and will compete with Spurs for his signature, per Tutto Sport in Italy.
Kolo Muani made 30 appearances for Spurs on loan from PSG last season, scoring a single goal and registering one assist during a tumultous campaign at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium where they finished 17th.
The Frenchman had also played for Juventus in 2025, but The Old Lady failed to reach an agreement to bring in the attacker on a permanent deal.
Kolo Muani's contract is valid until the summer of 2028, but it looks as though there is no future for the striker under manager Luis Enrique in Paris, with other Premier League clubs such as Aston Villa and Crystal Palace also registering interest in the player.
