Bradley landed awkwardly on his left ankle in stoppage time while making a clearance and appeared to be in severe pain near the sideline.
Frustrated, Martinelli approached, dropped the ball on Bradley, pushed him with his knee, and rolled him off the pitch.
Liverpool players reacted angrily, leading to some shoving between both teams. Martinelli was booked for the incident.
Former England and Manchester United defender Gary Neville described his actions on Sky Sports as “absolutely disgraceful.”
Slot added after the match, “Let’s hope for the best, but I fear the worst for Conor Bradley.”
"I think if a player of ours is on the floor, people might know by now that ... there is something wrong with that player. I think you could see this.
“I didn't like to see one of my players being moved out of the pitch if he might have such a big injury, which we don't know yet.”
