Shearer says the performance in victory over Chelsea on Sunday showed the players are behind the manager.

He said on the Rest is Football podcast: "Amorim is under enormous pressure, and I thought his players did really well for him in the second half.
"They dug deep and rolled up their sleeves.
"If he wanted to know if they're still with him or not, I think that (performance) has given him the answer, and will give him some relief. That performance will show him that his players are still with him."
