The 30-year-old has impressed over his two seasons with Dortmund, scoring 59 goals in his 95 games across all competitions.
According to Sky Sport, though, Guirassy has informed the German giants of his desire to leave the club this summer.
Guirassy is under contract until 2028 but is said to be unhappy with the tactical direction Dortmund are taking under manager Niko Kovac.
The striker has a special €50 million release that can be triggered by a select few of Europe’s elite clubs.
Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United, and Arsenal are all said to be included in that group.
