Goals from Rayan Cherki and Antoine Semenyo had City in control at halftime at Spurs, but a second-half double from Dominic Solanke forced us to settle for a point.
“Yeah, it was a tough game. I think to be fair we deserved a little bit more,” Rodri told City's website.
“At the end it happened what happened in the last games, we didn’t control well the second-half, this is what happened. We didn’t control well.
“I think this (first Spurs goal) affected us too much. I think we have to learn from these things.
“I’m very proud of my team. Sometimes it’s difficult to come to these kind of stadiums, without the help of anyone. I’m very proud of them and the effort of what we did.
“We just need to improve the things we need to improve and move on.”
