Palace chief Steve Parish was ready to sell Guehi to £35m to Liverpool yesterday - against Glasner's wishes.
However, the Mirror says Parish then pulled out of talks with Liverpool after the Austrian's threat to quit.
Glasner also spoke to Guehi yesterday making it clear he wanted him to stay. The defender was ready to leave for Liverpool, but assured his manager he wouldn't kick up a fuss if he was to stay.
