Amid talk of Eze being sold to Tottenham and Guehi to Liverpool, both started in Sunday's impressive 0-0 draw at Chelsea.
Afterwards, Glasner said of the pair: “I think the players are giving the answer week by week.
“It was last week against the Community Shield, winning against Liverpool on penalties, and starting here against the Club World champions… it just shows that this is such a great group of characters.
“We have no influence on all the noise and all the rumours around us, but we know what we want to do, we know how we want to play, and this is what we want to show every single game.
“The players did great today and I think they showed that everybody is 100 percent committed with Crystal Palace, otherwise it's not possible to draw here against a very good Chelsea side.”
